SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer

Overview

SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new-generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer has two-stage elastic connection mode of belt and chain, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed tooling fully embodies the good concentricity of the two shafts. Both the heat medium and the vacuum system use reliable American technology rotary joints. On this basis, we developed SZG-A. It can be used for stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control.

As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, we serve users with more than one hundred units per year. Our products range from high temperature heat conduction oil to heat medium, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design a "board copy" mechanism or set up balls for you in the tank.

Principle

Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure, steam or thermal oil) is introduced into the closed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell. Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying.The material is in a vacuum state, and the vapor pressure drops to saturate the moisture (solvent) on the surface of the material and evaporate, and it is discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump in time. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously penetrates, evaporates, and discharges to the surface. The three processes are continuously carried out, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a short time.

Features

1. When oil is heated, it adopts automatic constant temperature control, which can dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, and the temperature can be between 20 ~ 160 ℃.

2. The thermal efficiency is high, more than 2 times higher than the general oven.

3. Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance is simple and easy to clean.

Application

It is suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying, and low-temperature drying of powdery, granular and fibrous materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries (such as biochemical products). It is more suitable for the drying of materials that are easily oxidized, volatile, heat sensitive, strongly irritating, toxic, and not allowed to destroy crystals.
