Introduction

Features

1. Feeding and filtering: realizing solid-liquid separation under vacuum or pressurized state;

2. Filter cake flat material: The reverse rotation of the stirring blade smoothes the cracks on the surface of the filter cake to avoid short circuit of the cleaning solvent along the cracks;

3. Slurry adjustment and cleaning: By rotating the spray ball, the cleaning liquid is evenly sprayed into the container, which can realize internal cleaning and material cleaning. The filter cake and the cleaning liquid are mixed through the stirring of the stirring blades, so that the materials are fully washed;

4. Drying: Under vacuum, the forward rotation of the stirring blade scrapes the filter cake layer by layer. The equipment heating system evenly heats the wet filter cake to accelerate the evaporation of the solvent and fully dry the material;

5. Online sampling: During the drying process, the sampling valve can be used for material sampling and inspection;

6. Side discharge: After the drying is completed, the stirring blade rotates forward, scrapes loose and can push the material to automatically discharge from the discharge port on the side of the equipment, CIP and SIP.
