Working principle
PD series centrifuge is a closed operation, intermittent working centrifuge designed according to the requirements of national GMP regulations for pharmaceutical production and the needs of domestic customers. The materials are added from the feeding pipe on the machine cover, separated by the high-speed rotation of the drum, and the materials are washed. After the separation, the machine cover is opened (with the help of the cover balancing device), and the filter cake is lifted out of the machine to set the unloading.
Performance and use
Fully enclosed structure design, unloading in different places, improve the working environment, reduce the labor intensity of workers, large clamshell structure, easy to clean. It is suitable for liquid-solid separation of toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and other media.
Main feature
1. Flat structure, liquid damping shock absorption system.
2. Nitrogen protection operation can be realized.
3. Unloading the hanging bag, the grain is not easy to break, the labor intensity is low, and the work efficiency is high.
4. The structure design is reasonable, smooth transition, no dead angle, easy to clean.
