1. Components of horizontal oscillating discharge centrifuge
a) Base: bolted to the floor slab or supporting structure, supporting the steel structure equipment of the smooth system, excitation motor and main drive motor through the vibration isolator and supporting channel steel.
b) Discharge box: covered on the sieve blue, used to collect the centrifugal liquid and the solid material after centrifugation, and discharged from the box body through their respective discharge ports.
c) Chassis: It is used to contain and support the main drive shaft, bearing and sealing equipment, and also support the oscillating shaft, bearing and sealing equipment, and at the same time it also has the role of oil groove.
d) Blue screen equipment: fixed on the main shaft, used to separate solid materials and centrifuge.
e) Drive equipment: It is composed of the main drive motor, the automatic pulley and driven pulley installed on the main shaft, and completes the appropriate pretension and deceleration functions.
f) Vibration excitation equipment: ① Two independently working oscillating motors are installed symmetrically on both sides of the excitation block to supply excitation force to the equipment; ② An independent working motor transmits the rotating power to the vertical shaft with the migraine block. At the same time, the vertical shaft uses a synchronous gear to transmit the rotating power to another vertical shaft with a migraine block. The two vertical shafts with a migraine block turn in opposite directions, creating an exciting force in the horizontal direction.
g) Smooth system: including equipped oil pump motor, oil pump, oil tank, pressure flow sensor, filter and fixed equipment, and distribute smooth oil to gears and bearings.
2. Components of vertical scraper discharge centrifuge
a) Base base: It is connected to the floor slab or supporting structure with bolts, and the steel structure equipment supporting the main drive motor through supporting H-shaped steel.
b) Chassis equipment: used to contain and support the main drive shaft, deceleration organization, power distribution equipment, fuel tank, bearings and sealing equipment, as well as a series of distribution equipment such as screen baskets, scrapers, and distribution trays.
c) Dewatering separation equipment: fixed on the main shaft and hollow shaft, using a screen basket and scraper and a distribution tray to separate solid materials and centrifugal liquid, and have their own material outlet discharge equipment.
d) Drive equipment: It is composed of the main drive motor, the automatic pulley and driven pulley installed on the main shaft, and completes the appropriate pretension and deceleration functions.
e) Smooth system: including equipped oil pump motor, oil pump, oil tank, pressure sensor, filter and fixed equipment, and distribute smooth oil to the main shaft, hollow shaft, gears and bearings.
3. Components of horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge
a) Base assembly: The base assembly includes the lower base and the upper base. The lower machine base bolt to the ground supports the oil pump irrigation assembly, and supports the upper machine base through the vibration isolation rubber device. The upper base supports the gear box, cage drive assembly, drive motor, belt guard assembly and discharge box assembly.
b) Unloading box: a two-compartment box containing the cage and vortex tube assembly, and supporting the feed pipe and water pipe, the diversion assembly and the spacer ring.
c) Gearbox: The gearbox contains and supports the reducer, main bearings, seals and load-bearing members. The gearbox rotates in the main shaft, and each main bearing supports the cage and scroll assembly. In addition, the gear box acts as an oil pump to return the cooling oil to the pump and the oil tank.
d) Speed reduction assembly: The cage automatic pulley and the screen cage assembly are bolted to the reduction gearbox, and then directly drive the screen and cage to rotate at the same speed as the V-belt pulley driven by the cage. The design of the differential cycle gear must rotate the output shaft faster than the reduction gearbox. This causes a speed difference between the screen fence and the vortex tube, which then activates the screw conveyor, at which point the vortex tube continuously controls the material being discharged from each row of channels.
e) Screen fence, cage and vortex tube assembly: the screen fence is wedged and bolted into the cage, and the cage is bolted to the cage hub, and the hub is installed on the reduction gearbox through pressure cooperation. The scroll tube and screen fence assembly are mounted on the output shaft of the reducer by means of conical cooperation and a clamping plate.
f) Overload limiter: It is the mechanical maintenance for the reducer components, and it is installed on the input shaft of the reducer.
g) Smooth system: The smooth system consists of oil pump motor, oil pump, motor, filter, oil tank, pressure switch, oil pipe and rotating coupling mounted on the input shaft of the reducer.
h) Drive: The main drive consists of a fixed motor pulley, a driven pulley mounted on the reduction box, a V-belt and a main drive motor.
