The principle of the scraper centrifuge: the main motor of the scraper centrifuge drives the inner and outer drums of the suit to rotate at full speed. The material is introduced into the drum from the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter cloth and the filter holes of the inner drum wall. The drum is then collected into the gap between the inner and outer drums, passes through the through hole of the siphon chamber and enters the siphon chamber, and then is drawn away by the siphon device and discharged out of the machine. The solid phase is trapped in the inner drum to form an annular filter cake layer. After the feed reaches the predetermined volume, the feed is stopped and further separated. At this time, washing can be performed. After scrubbing and separation, the scraper automatically rotates, scraping the solid phase out of the machine through the feeding screw, and then automatically washing the net to start the next cycle.
