Checking the drum steps of the bag centrifuge

1. Before working on the hanging bag centrifuge, the power supply should be cut off and the brake of the centrifuge should be released first.

2. Check for looseness and abnormal conditions in other parts.

3. Turn on the power and start driving clockwise (it usually takes about 40-60 seconds from the stop state to normal work). Generally, every equipment must work empty for about 3 hours after arriving at the factory, and can work without abnormal conditions.

4. The materials should be placed as evenly as possible, and must be operated by a dedicated person, and the capacity must not exceed the rated amount.

5. It is strictly forbidden for the machine to work at overspeed, to avoid affecting the service life of the machine.

6. After the machine is started, if there are any abnormal conditions, you must park your car and check it.

7. The hanging bag centrifuge works at a high speed, so you should never touch the drum with your body to prevent accidents.

8. The mesh of the filter cloth should be determined according to the size of the solid particles of the separated material, otherwise it will affect the separation. The filter cloth should be installed when other filter cloth is installed.

9. The sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove of the drum to prevent the material from running in.

10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the hanging bag centrifuge, please refuel and maintain the rolling parts every 6 months. At the same time, check the working lubrication condition of the bearing, whether there is wear and tear; whether the components in the brake equipment are worn, replace them seriously; whether the bearing cover has oil leakage.

11. After the machine is used, cleaning work should be done to keep the machine tidy.

12. Do not separate non-corrosion-resistant hanging bag centrifuges from highly corrosive materials; otherwise operate strictly in accordance with equipment requirements and rules. Non-explosion-proof hanging bag centrifuges must not be used in flammable or explosive situations.

13. The operator must understand the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.

14. Roll the drum several times before driving to avoid uneven loading, overloading and other malfunctions.

15. When feeding, it should be evenly distributed to avoid focusing on oscillation.

16. During normal operation, do not use brake braking equipment to avoid damage to the blue belt and other parts.

17. Do not place any objects on the top cover to avoid accidents after driving.

18. If there is any slippage in the start-up laning belt, you should park it immediately to check whether the tape is occupied with greasy or slipping agent.
